Terms of Use (EULA)

TETHRA END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0. Effective [DATE].

This agreement is between you and [YOUR FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [CITY], India ("we", "us"), the maker of Tethra ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. LICENCE
1.1 Free edition. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the free features of the Software for personal and commercial streaming.
1.2 Tethra Pro. Tethra Pro is a yearly subscription (US$6 per year or the local price shown at checkout). It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your purchase email or the customer portal, and Pro then stays active until the end of the year you paid for. When you subscribe you receive a licence key. Each key may be activated on up to two (2) computers that you own or use at the same time. You may move a key to another computer by deactivating it first. When the subscription ends, Pro features stop and the free features keep working.
1.3 We may verify your licence key online from time to time. Pro keeps working offline for a limited grace period.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) share, publish, resell or give away licence keys; (b) remove, bypass or tamper with licence checks; (c) reverse-engineer the Software except where the law allows it despite this restriction; (d) use the Software to break the law, to cheat in games where key mapping or emulators are prohibited, or to record people without permission. Whether a game allows keyboard and mouse is between you and that game's publisher. You use key mapping at your own risk.

3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Software includes open-source components (including scrcpy, Android Debug Bridge, FFmpeg, SDL2 and Electron) under their own licences. These are listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licences.

4. YOUR PHONE
The Software connects to your Android phone using USB debugging, which you enable yourself. It runs a temporary helper on the phone for key mapping and removes nothing from the phone. You are responsible for your phone's settings and data.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Refunds follow our Refund Policy at [WEBSITE]/refund.

6. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it works with every phone, game or PC, or that it is free of errors.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, game account actions or stream incidents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tethra Pro.

8. TERMINATION
This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using the Software. We may disable a licence key that was shared, refunded or charged back.

9. LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts of [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
