Tethra Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If Tethra Pro doesn't work for you, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of an automatic yearly renewal, with your order email. We will refund that payment in full through Dodo Payments; no reason is needed.

Cancel anytime. Tethra Pro costs US$6 per year and renews automatically. Cancel from your purchase email or the customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Please try the free edition first. It uses the same connection engine, so if mirroring works on your phone and PC, Pro will too.

After a refund, the licence key is disabled and Pro features stop working.

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
